A company is looking for an HR Analyst (Remote) to support human resources processes and program management for the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data for reporting and support various HR initiatives
- Provide support for HR data requirements and assist with special talent-related projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments
- Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance (US citizenship required)
