A company is looking for a Contract Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates and manage pipelines for a seamless hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to the generative AI market

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting within software companies across multiple disciplines
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
• Proven ability to source and engage top talent in a competitive market, especially in generative AI
• Availability to work PST hours and commit to a 40-hour workweek
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and hiring needs
