A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS
- Manage and optimize HR processes within the HRIS to enhance efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR and other stakeholders on system improvements and data integrity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HRIS experience
- Leadership experience in change management, mentoring, and team development
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations applicable to system design
- Workday Pro HCM Certification preferred; project management certification a plus
