Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tools, content, and workshops to build employee and manager capabilities
- Champion the integration and visibility of the Competency Model in talent programs
- Manage and analyze talent-related data to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRBP, talent development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with competency models and experience in their implementation is a plus
- Experience supporting global teams or working in a matrixed environment preferred
