Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles in news and broadcast, including Production Assistants, Producers, and Editorial staff
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create effective sourcing strategies
• Source and assess candidates with backgrounds in News, Digital, and Broadcast Media

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in news, media, and editorial roles
• Experience with Workday ATS
• Prior hiring experience in broadcast journalism roles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of recruiting systems and workflows
