Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return to Work Specialist to facilitate the safe and timely return of disabled employees to their jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide vocational assistance and follow-up for return-to-work plans
• Manage cases through collaboration with employers and employees, tailoring support based on individual needs
• Document activities, maintain communication with workers and employers, and audit case records for accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in return to work support or case management
• Two years of experience in customer service or account management
• Return to work certification or the ability to obtain it within two years
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
