Key Responsibilities
- Handles complex employee and labor relations issues and mediates disputes
- Advises management on contract negotiations, labor disputes, and grievances
- Conducts investigations and ensures compliance with employment and labor laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in collective bargaining and labor relations
- Ability to interpret and enforce collective bargaining agreements
- Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
