A company is looking for an Employee & Labor Relations Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles complex employee and labor relations issues and mediates disputes
  • Advises management on contract negotiations, labor disputes, and grievances
  • Conducts investigations and ensures compliance with employment and labor laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in collective bargaining and labor relations
  • Ability to interpret and enforce collective bargaining agreements
  • Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
