Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee records
- Manage employment compliance and partner with Finance and Legal for onboarding/offboarding processes
- Implement systems for compliance and audit requirements, overseeing logistics for office and coworking space
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in People Operations, Business Operations, or G&A functions in a startup or high-growth environment
- Fluency in employment operations including payroll, HRIS, and compliance
- Ability to build scalable frameworks while understanding HR and legal obligations
- Proactive and execution-focused with experience in handling sensitive, cross-functional work
- Organized and discrete, with a strong attention to detail
