Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in management/leadership
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruiting teams
  • Strong track record of advising senior leaders on hiring outcomes
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and intermediate computer skills
