Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in management/leadership
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruiting teams
- Strong track record of advising senior leaders on hiring outcomes
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and intermediate computer skills
