Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal HRIS Analyst to lead and optimize key functional areas within their Workday HR system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize one or more Workday functional areas (e.g., Compensation, Talent, Recruiting)
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Support cyclical HR processes through system configuration and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Workday or HRIS experience with expertise in at least one functional area
  • Proven technical experience with Workday configuration and custom reporting
  • Ability to translate business needs into system capabilities
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups, including HR, IT, and Finance
  • Workday Certification in any module is preferred
