Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal HRIS Analyst to lead and optimize key functional areas within their Workday HR system.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize one or more Workday functional areas (e.g., Compensation, Talent, Recruiting)
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to translate business needs into system solutions
- Support cyclical HR processes through system configuration and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Workday or HRIS experience with expertise in at least one functional area
- Proven technical experience with Workday configuration and custom reporting
- Ability to translate business needs into system capabilities
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups, including HR, IT, and Finance
- Workday Certification in any module is preferred
