Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for HR projects and ensure completion of tier 1 HR responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner, analyzing trends and collaborating on workforce strategies
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on policies
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; Master's degree is a plus
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
- 5-7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a mid-size+ public company
- 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience navigating uncertain and grey business situations strongly preferred
