Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for HR projects and ensure completion of tier 1 HR responsibilities
• Act as a strategic HR partner, analyzing trends and collaborating on workforce strategies
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on policies

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; Master's degree is a plus
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
• 5-7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a mid-size+ public company
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Experience navigating uncertain and grey business situations strongly preferred
