Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Workday reports, including custom and standard reports across various modules
- Support HR and business teams with accurate data analysis for decision-making

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HR systems with Workday reporting experience
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of HR metrics
- Proficient in GSuite and MSOffice tools
- Experience with cross-functional projects in HR or process improvement contexts
