Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant, responsible for developing and administering compensation programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer compensation programs, including pay for performance and salary structures
- Conduct job and market analysis, and provide compensation recommendations
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in developing internal compensation policies
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of compensation experience, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare or union environment (preferred)
