Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and requirements
  • Provides customer service to candidates and internal contacts, addressing inquiries related to onboarding processes
  • Acts as a liaison with third-party vendors for background checks and drug testing, while identifying and resolving onboarding issues


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least two years of Human Resources experience in relevant areas preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations at state and federal levels required
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
