Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and requirements
- Provides customer service to candidates and internal contacts, addressing inquiries related to onboarding processes
- Acts as a liaison with third-party vendors for background checks and drug testing, while identifying and resolving onboarding issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least two years of Human Resources experience in relevant areas preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations at state and federal levels required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
