Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts in their Medical Management division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Medical Management roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
  • Proactively source top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media
  • Conduct initial screenings and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Proficient in sourcing passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and niche job boards
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
