Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts in their Medical Management division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Medical Management roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Proactively source top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media
- Conduct initial screenings and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Proficient in sourcing passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
