Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to regional leaders, aligning on organizational goals and change initiatives
- Oversee talent acquisition and manage a Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure effective hiring
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards while managing employee relations and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of HR experience, with strong recruiting background and at least 2 years in an HRBP or leadership role
- Proven experience supporting teams across North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA
- Familiarity with international employment law and compliance
- Experience in high-growth tech or cybersecurity environments
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS tools
