Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and develop hiring strategies
- Source and prescreen candidates, while facilitating the interview process and managing candidate experiences
- Drive offer approval and negotiation processes, providing candidates with necessary information for decision-making
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in business positions
- Proven ability to assess talent beyond CV/resume matching
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is preferred
- Metrics and data-driven approach to recruitment
