Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- Maintain and update HRIS records, personnel files, and organizational charts
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
