A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their growing IT, Engineering, AEC, and Professional Talent Solutions practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, engage, and manage candidates through the recruiting life cycle
- Provide sales leads to support new business growth and assist with client recruiting needs
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and partners while developing future recruiters
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is desired
- 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, AEC, and/or Professional skill sets preferred
- A competitive attitude with a team player mentality
- A high sense of urgency and a positive can-do spirit
- Expertise in using ATS systems and recruiting tools
