Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Due Diligence Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR due diligence in M&A transactions, analyzing labor cost structures and workforce liabilities
  • Model financial impacts of integration plans and partner with cross-functional teams for M&A processes
  • Prepare executive-level reports and contribute to the development of due diligence playbooks and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, or 12+ years of work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in HR Controlling/Finance or M&A HR due diligence
  • Experience in corporate financial transactional services or related fields
  • Preferred experience within the life sciences or medtech industry
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with HRIS and reporting tools
