Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group People Associate to support day-to-day people operations in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for People Helpdesk enquiries, triaging requests for timely resolution
- Assist with benefits administration and support employee queries across all regions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration or a related support role
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms; HiBob experience is a bonus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changes
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- Exposure to working in an HR helpdesk or service center environment is desirable
