Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group People Associate to support day-to-day people operations in HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Act as the first point of contact for People Helpdesk enquiries, triaging requests for timely resolution
  • Assist with benefits administration and support employee queries across all regions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in HR administration or a related support role
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms; HiBob experience is a bonus
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changes
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Exposure to working in an HR helpdesk or service center environment is desirable
