Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and manager support on HR policies, practices, and programs
- Assist in the performance management cycle, including communication, tracking, and coaching
- Collaborate with HR team members to support talent planning, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist capacity
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR standard processes
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
