Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Payroll Customer Implementation Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with new PEO clients to create tailored implementation plans for payroll, benefits, and compliance onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with clients on milestones and success criteria
- Facilitate client adoption of Remote's PEO platform and collaborate with internal teams for smooth transitions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success in a SaaS or HR/PEO environment
- Demonstrated project management skills for managing multiple client timelines
- Experience working directly with PEOs or in a customer-facing HR, payroll, or benefits role is a plus
- Familiarity with co-employment structures and payroll tax obligations is advantageous
