Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Program Administrators to achieve program goals
- Manage daily operations of internship and global RN programs, including placements and communications
- Build and maintain relationships with school partners and key stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of total work experience
- Experience managing and coaching direct reports
- Experience in project management and process improvement
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
