Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Program Administrators to achieve program goals
• Manage daily operations of internship and global RN programs, including placements and communications
• Build and maintain relationships with school partners and key stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of total work experience
• Experience managing and coaching direct reports
• Experience in project management and process improvement
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
