Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage monthly caregiver schedules, addressing urgent scheduling issues
- Assist in monitoring and planning for staffing needs in collaboration with the recruiting team
- Maintain credentials of clinical employees and provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Staffing experience preferred, with a focus on facilities, temporary agencies, or in-home health
- Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is a plus
- Position may require overtime hours due to unforeseen staffing events
- Strong computer skills and exceptional time management abilities are essential
