Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day benefits operations and administration of employee benefits programs
- Provide support for vendor management and compliance-related matters
- Coordinate the annual benefits Open Enrollment process and develop benefits education materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of benefits or relevant consulting experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration systems, with 2+ years of Workday experience
- Current knowledge of federal and state requirements related to employee benefits
- Proven project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors
