Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager, I to oversee and manage Learning & Development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic learning plans into actionable project plans and manage execution using project management tools
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Oversee logistics for training events and support measurement of program effectiveness through data collection and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in corporate L&D or HR
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as LMS and virtual platforms
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is preferred
- Knowledge of adult learning principles is essential
