Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead role
• Experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team mentoring and development
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
