Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead role
- Experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team mentoring and development
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
