Key Responsibilities
- Provide employee and manager support, including conflict resolution and performance management coaching
- Act as a trusted partner to regional business leaders on talent planning and organizational effectiveness
- Implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance with local HR policies
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR experience, including employee relations and operational HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
- Experience partnering with leadership teams on HR matters
- Strong understanding of regional labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
