Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee leaves of absence in compliance with state and federal laws
- Participate in special projects and system-wide initiatives as needed
- Support HR Operations in leave and disability management and policy interpretation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or HR certification preferred
- Two years of experience in a professional office environment, including one year in Human Resources
- Experience and/or training in Microsoft Office applications required
- Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues discreetly
