Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee leaves of absence in compliance with state and federal laws
  • Participate in special projects and system-wide initiatives as needed
  • Support HR Operations in leave and disability management and policy interpretation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or HR certification preferred
  • Two years of experience in a professional office environment, including one year in Human Resources
  • Experience and/or training in Microsoft Office applications required
  • Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues discreetly
