Key Responsibilities
- Support Workday HCM, including data integration, reporting, and system configuration
- Develop advanced reports and maintain dashboards for accurate data analytics
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation while managing multiple projects
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
- Three years of HRIS experience in a high-volume Human Resources department
- Previous experience supporting an ERP system is required
- Workday experience preferred; certifications like Workday Pro or PHR are a plus
- Experience with UKG WFM Pro and prior healthcare experience is preferred
