Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of talent management experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, organizational development, or equivalent experience
- Ability to develop long-term talent strategies with a strategic vision
- Hands-on experience in implementing talent management tactics
- Familiarity with HR and talent management technologies and systems
