  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, organizational development, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to develop long-term talent strategies with a strategic vision
  • Hands-on experience in implementing talent management tactics
  • Familiarity with HR and talent management technologies and systems
