Key Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Manage benefits program enrollments, changes, and conduct audits for compliance
- Support full employee lifecycle activities and collaborate on performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years of HR experience with payroll and benefits administration
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP certification preferred
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong understanding of HR operations and multi-state employment practices
