Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, specializing in Go To Market and leader hiring
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and negotiating offers
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and experience hiring candidates at various seniority levels
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with experience generating and reporting on hiring metrics
