Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies and drive efficient processes
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics, providing regular reports on pipeline health and recruiting KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, specializing in Go To Market and leader hiring
- Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and negotiating offers
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and experience hiring candidates at various seniority levels
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience generating and reporting on hiring metrics
