A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter/Talent Partner (Technology).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and hire high-quality technical talent
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process
- Maintain data integrity in the ATS and improve hiring processes in collaboration with engineering and product leadership
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a metrics-based talent acquisition function, preferably in a Series A/B/C stage SaaS company
- Proven ability to source diverse talent pools and enhance candidate experience
- Experience recruiting across various technology disciplines, including AI/ML and Data Engineering
- Deep expertise in applicant tracking systems, with experience in Ashby being a plus
- Strong understanding of talent models and competitive market awareness
