Key Responsibilities
- Complete and submit compensation surveys; analyze results to assess market position and conduct annual band refreshes
- Advise on compensation and equity benchmarks, providing guidance on job architecture topics
- Lead annual and mid-year salary review processes, including budget planning and post-cycle reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
- International compensation experience
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Pave, Radford, or ADP Workforce Now is a plus
