Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager responsible for developing and administering compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete and submit compensation surveys; analyze results to assess market position and conduct annual band refreshes
  • Advise on compensation and equity benchmarks, providing guidance on job architecture topics
  • Lead annual and mid-year salary review processes, including budget planning and post-cycle reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
  • International compensation experience
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Pave, Radford, or ADP Workforce Now is a plus
