Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for licensed mental health professionals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in clinical or healthcare recruitment
• Proven success in filling roles such as Licensed Therapists and Counselors
• Strong understanding of state licensure requirements and compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume recruiting environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
