Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates

- Implement strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter with a focus on technical recruiting
- Experience in a growing company recruiting for various technical roles
- Proven recruiting success, preferably in-house or agency experience
- Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and unique strategies to build talent pipelines
