A company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator, Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Workday system, including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits Administration
- Lead configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and health monitoring of Workday components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business process and reporting needs into secure Workday solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or HRIS management, with at least 3 years as a Workday administrator
- Deep expertise in Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
- Experience with Workday business process mapping and system design
- Workday certification is required
- Proficiency with key Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs)
