Key Responsibilities
- Own talent acquisition by designing roles, building a recruiting machine, and running effective onboarding
- Scale culture and people strategy by translating business priorities, shaping culture, and managing engagement rhythms
- Build HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment law and maintaining accurate HRIS and people data
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in fast-growth tech/startup environments
- Mastery of Canadian employment law and modern HR practices
- Proven experience in creating and scaling systems from scratch
- CHRP or CHRL designation
- Strong communicator with a results-oriented approach
