A company is looking for a Sr. Leave and Accommodation Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee leaves and workplace accommodations
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Provide support and education to employees and managers on leave and accommodation policies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering employee leaves of absence and workplace accommodations
- 2+ years of experience supporting or administering employee benefits preferred
- In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave regulations
- Experience managing external leave and disability vendors
- Proficiency in HRIS and case tracking systems, with experience in reporting and analytics preferred
