Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Ops Generalist to manage the employee lifecycle and enhance engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted partner for employee inquiries
- Manage and optimize the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees
- Own and create people-related content and manage reporting and analytics for People Ops initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a People Ops generalist in a high-growth, global start-up environment
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
- Exceptional project management and reporting skills
- Experience in content creation and design tools
- Ability to work partial APAC hours; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is preferred
