People Operations Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Ops Generalist to manage the employee lifecycle and enhance engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted partner for employee inquiries
• Manage and optimize the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees
• Own and create people-related content and manage reporting and analytics for People Ops initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a People Ops generalist in a high-growth, global start-up environment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
• Exceptional project management and reporting skills
• Experience in content creation and design tools
• Ability to work partial APAC hours; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is preferred
