Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist/Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts and documents HR investigations related to employee complaints and allegations
- Develops investigative plans and maintains communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the investigation process
- Prepares comprehensive reports and makes recommendations based on findings
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of HR experience with a focus on investigations
- Experience in a centralized Employee Relations and/or Investigations team in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of HR laws, practices, and policies
