Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to functional and executive leaders, ensuring alignment with company strategy, culture, and values
- Lead the execution of integrated People Plans for supported functions, ensuring talent and capability needs are met
- Facilitate process improvement sprints to drive operational efficiency and cross-team collaboration
Required Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR/OD experience, including at least 5+ years at a senior strategic HRBP level
- Experience supporting technology teams at a mid-stage software/technology company
- Proven track record in leader enablement, organizational development, and change management
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and ability to proactively mitigate people-related risks
