Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and systems that ensure legal compliance and align with organizational values
- Oversee employee benefits programs, HR operations, and provide strategic HR management support
- Design and implement training and performance management systems to enhance employee development and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of eight years of progressive HR experience, with at least four years in a leadership role
- Experience in a nonprofit organization and direct supervisory experience preferred
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI SPHR) highly preferred
- Proficient in HRIS systems and tools, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
