Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Global Strategic Workforce Planning & Insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the Talent, Performance and Development strategy and manage the Strategic Workforce Planning team
- Establish a global framework for strategic workforce planning and execute initiatives to align talent strategies with business needs
- Utilize workforce analytics and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate workforce planning into broader business strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning, preferably in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
- 4+ years of experience in developing and executing workforce strategies and programs
- 4+ years of analytical proficiency in workforce analytics and HR data interpretation
- 4+ years of experience with workforce planning tools and HR systems
