Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant, 100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer compensation programs, including pay for performance and salary structure design
- Conduct job and market analysis, and evaluate compensation plans for competitiveness and equity
- Provide guidance on compensation issues and mentor Compensation team members
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of compensation experience, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare or union environment (preferred)
