Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer compensation programs, including pay for performance and salary structure design
  • Conduct job and market analysis, and evaluate compensation plans for competitiveness and equity
  • Provide guidance on compensation issues and mentor Compensation team members
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of compensation experience, including data collection and analysis
  • Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
  • Experience in a healthcare or union environment (preferred)
