Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives and support business leaders in optimizing team performance across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Support organizational changes and provide coaching to leaders on managing their teams through change
- Enable managers to identify and nurture talent, manage performance, and drive employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 6 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international, high-growth environment
- A proactive ownership mindset and a result-oriented approach
- Proven experience in advising managers on HR topics and driving change initiatives
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
