Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, data analytics, or talent intelligence within Talent Acquisition
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday or Adaptive Insights
- Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Experience in developing and enhancing operational planning and budgeting models
