Key Responsibilities
- Identify and outreach to potential new school partners for internship programs
- Coordinate with school administrators to execute Student Training Agreements and increase internship submissions
- Train and onboard new school partners on internship processes and technology
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of work experience with a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in building trust and managing relationships
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
