Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build relationships with educational institutions and establish a pipeline for internship candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and outreach to potential new school partners for internship programs
  • Coordinate with school administrators to execute Student Training Agreements and increase internship submissions
  • Train and onboard new school partners on internship processes and technology
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of work experience with a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in building trust and managing relationships
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
